Isotoon

For schools and higher education

A study tool for every course your students take

Isotoon turns the question a student is stuck on into a short animated explanation or a 3D model they can turn and step through, fact-checked and sourced. For high schools, colleges and universities, across the curriculum.

How students study with it

  1. Step 1

    Ask the question from class

Students type what they are stuck on, the way they would ask a classmate who already gets it.

  2. Step 2

    Watch the answer

A short animated video, or a 3D model to turn and step through, with captions on and its sources listed.

  3. Step 3

    Keep asking

A follow-up question continues the video as its next part, so one idea leads to the next.

  4. Step 4

    Come back to it

The notebook brings each video back one, three, seven, fourteen and thirty days later, for review before the exam.

Questions schools ask

Which courses does Isotoon cover?
High school, AP, IB and college courses in biology, chemistry, organic chemistry, physics, calculus, statistics, computer science, economics, psychology and earth science, and anything else a student asks about.
How is a school plan priced?
Schools is Pro for every student, priced for a class, a department or a whole campus, on one invoice. Email support@isotoon.com and we will put a quote together.
How do you keep the videos accurate?
Every factual claim in the script is checked before anything is drawn, and every video lists the sources it came from, so students can go deeper and check anything their class covers differently.
Can students see each other's videos?
No. Videos are private to the account that made them, there are no comments, messages or feed, and we do not sell student data or use it for advertising.
